My younger sister graduated from the The Institute of Culinary Education today. My family and I got to meet her classmates and a few of the head chefs. Besides mingling with other people and of course supporting my sister, my main goal to check out the real star of that graduation class, the dishes they cooked! The food was solid, nothing to go crazy about. We did go crazy when my sister ended up winning the top award from her chefs (wish I could remember the name of the award as I type this). Great food and good times. I wish my sister nothing but the best in the future.
